The Studio Bikram Yoga Riga opened April 12, 2011. The classes at the studio are taught only by certified Bikram Yoga instructors from USA, Sweden and other countries, who regularly attend Bikram Yoga seminars around the world.

The teachers have graduated the intensive Bikram Yoga Teacher Training course provided by the founder of this method – Bikram Choudhury together with his foremost, senior colleagues. The teacher training course also includes studies of anatomy and yoga philosophy.

All the necessary equipment for yoga classes is available for renting, or purchase at the studio’s shop. All classes are in a hall heated to exactly 40.6C degrees with 40% humidity. Free tea and fruit are on offer after each 90-minute class and massages are also available.

Bikram Yoga Riga is open seven days a week – weekends included.
